Buttermilk Ranch Guacamole with Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 (0.4 oz.) pkg. dry buttermilk ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 6 ripe, fresh Hass avocados, halved, seeded and scooped out
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 doz. prepared spicy boneless chicken wings

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine dressing mix, mayonnaise, milk and sour cream, mixing until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large serving bowl, coarsely mash avocados and combine with lemon juice.
  3. Combine dressing with avocado mixture, stirring until all ingredients are mixed.
  4. Serve guacamole with prepared spicy chicken wings. The spicy flavor of the chicken will complement the cool, creamy flavor of the guacamole dish.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
